Return Policy

1. We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the items are unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

2. Returns must include proof of purchase or order number.

3. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

4. Some customized items or promotional products may not be eligible for return. Please refer to the product description.

Exchange Policy

1. We offer exchanges for the same item and size. If you need to change the size or color, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact.

3. Shipping cost for exchanges is typically borne by the customer, except in cases of quality issues or special promotions.

4. Exchange process: contact customer service → provide order info → return item according to instructions → receive replacement item.
